The operating entity is unnamed
Both the privacy policy and the terms say the same thing, for the same reason. All three will be filled in before the app is listed on any store, because the stores require it.
Data requests
Deletion works without us
Removing the app deletes the local copy and every photo immediately. An account deletion request needs a contact, which is part of why this is being settled.
